The staff were helpful with directions. the breakfast included fresh pastries and fruit. i liked the artwork displayed throughout the public areas. It added a cultural touch. the location worked great for visiting the nearby park.
the stairs to the front door are quite steep!

I found the staff very helpful upon arrival. the location worked well for me. It is close to the city center and sefton park. i appreciated the parking (it felt secure) and the lively bar downstairs (good selection of drinks). the public areas and bedrooms looked recently decorated.
The shower in my room was a bit leaky. I noticed some sealant around the tray suggesting prior issues.

the double room had a comfortable bed (i slept well each night) and a recently updated decor. there was ample storage space in the wardrobe. a desk suitable for working. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily.

the hotel offers on-site parking, a real plus with vehicles (space is limited). the bar downstairs is open late (it gets lively on weekends) and serves a wide variety of beverages. free wifi is available throughout the building.

i enjoyed a good breakfast with table service each morning (a nice touch!). the breakfast menu is varied and includes hot and cold options to choose from. the sunday roast dinner is also available, and it is very popular.

the hotel overlooks a lovely park. it is very easy to walk to lark lane with its cafes. the location allows convenient access to the city center. staff members like joan were particularly helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble for them
the room felt quite chilly upon arrival. i found only two available plug sockets under the table.

the staff was very friendly. anna, in particular, gave excellent advice and directions for navigating the area! aimée and julie were also attentive were good, but the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
